How are we all doing?
Today’s blog post is going to be a little bit different than usual. Today i’m to be giving some tips on how I deal with stress. We all get a bit stressed sometimes so I think this will be useful to everyone out there.
First of the first thing I do is try and relax. I have a nap or a long bath or just lie on the floor and listen to music. Anything to just zone out and get away to my happy place.
Next thing I do is eat something I wouldn’t usually allow my self to eat. I indulge a little bit but not too much. Today I had bowl of pasta with chili pesto and cheese and it was soooo good! I think this works for me because you crave it and never let your body have it so when you do it makes you a little bit happier!
Lastly I keep busy with things that I enjoy doing. I like to write a shit load of blog posts or film a few videos because that’s what I enjoy doing. If work or school or college is stressing you out then get away from it for a while (easier said than done I know) but take an hour out of doing your homework or coursework. Go for a walk during your lunch break at work.
