Esteè Lauder Double-Wear Light Foundation Review.

Hello my Lovelies!

Fist of all let me just say sorry for it being so long since I’ve posted. I’ve been super busy with my new job and just haven’t had the time or the energy to write anything.

Today I’m going to be reviewing a new foundation I recently purchased. If you’ve read my past blog posts you’ll know that I’ve been having some problems with finding a suitable liquid foundation for my skin. And praise the lawwd above I’ve found one!

I bought the Esteè Lauder Doule Wear Light foundation about a week and a half ago and I am in love! For a while I was undecided about whether I should get the normal Double Wear or this one. I chose the Light formula because I’m not a fan of super heavy full coverage foundations and I needed a foundation for everyday use.

I got mine in the shade 2 and it matches my skin perfectly! It doesn’t make me look orange and its not too pink toned! Honestly, this foundation is amazing for me. It glides on so easily and makes my skin look so good! I would say it gives a medium coverage but it is definitely buildable. It just looks so natural on the skin and doesn’t cake at all.

The only fault I could pick with this foundation is the price. I got mine from Debenhams online and it set me back £29.50. Obviously that’s a lot to pay for 30mls of liquid but a little of this goes a long way so I can see it lasting me a long while! Also it does have a lavender scent so I wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t like your foundations having strong smells.

I was so impressed with this that I probably am going to try put the normal Double Wear formula as I do like to have a fuller coverage for nights out and things.

Do you have any other foundation recommendations?
