Red Lipstick As Concealer?

Hello my Lovelies!

So I was bored the other day and was on YouTube for an embarrassing amount of hours and seen a tutorial video using red lipstick to conceal dark circles under the eyes.

As I’ve said before I do have quite dark circles under my eyes so I thought I’d give it a try as I find it difficult to find a concealer that covers my dark circles completely. There was so many tutorials on this and all doing it different ways so I just did it the way I thought made the most sense. Firstly I moisturized and then put the red lipstick under my eyes then applied my foundation and concealer as normal.

To be quite honest it just made me look ill. Around my eyes just looked pink and sore. In fairness it did conceal the circles but left my face looking plain weird. I think it could have worked better if I had used a foundation with a more full coverage. I’ll definitely try this again with a full coverage foundation and let you know how it worked out.

Let me know if you’ve tried it and if it worked for you.

  1. I saw this title on YouTube too, but didn’t get round to watching it. I think u possibly have to try a more orange based red. Cover green conceals reds marks and orange conceals blues (in yr case the dark circles). Thought it was a weird idea but would love to see yr before and an after pics. x

  2. I am really enjoying the theme/design of your blog. Do you ever
run into any web browser compatibility problems?
A handful of my blog visitors have complained about my blog
not operating correctly in Explorer but looks great in Safari.
Do you have any tips to help fix this problem?

    1. I don’t think I have. None of my viewers have said if there is a problem and I regularly check on different browsers. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help. The wordpress support page is really good and has a lot of information. You just type in your query. Hope this helped a little!

  3. You can either go with an old-fashioned razor blade, a modern safety razor, an electric razor or epilators.

This would help you in getting a gentler touch with the help of
this. Sugaring is a method of hair removal that has been in use for
