Skin and Skin Care Update.

Hey Guys!

As some of you will know, if you read my last blog post, I’m having some issues with my skin at the moment. I don’t mean to brag but I never used to get spots and my skin was always pretty clear but recently its been a bit of a mess. I presume this is because I’m wearing makup more often than usual. When I started putting more crap on my face I never really changed my skin care routine to make sure my skin was kept healthy.

I used to just exfoliate twice a week, moisturize every morning and use a deep clensing wash once a week. But like I said this wasn’t enough to keep my skin in check so I’ve updated my routine and it seems to be working fairly well.

Firstly to combat the spots I got the Neutrogena Visibly clear spot treatment which made the redness disappear almost completely within a couple of hours which I was so thankful for as I’m trying not to wear makeup as I find this only aggravates my blemishes!

I’ve also been using the Clean and Clear Advantage Clear and Soothe Foaming Wash every morning and night which has aloe vera in it! It says on the bottle that it’s tough on spots but gentle on the skin and I totally agree. It makes my skin so soft and smooth and helps to reduce my spots.

Both these products have Salicylic Acid in them which is used to treat acne problems! I use these products everyday along with the other Clean and Clear products that I mentioned in a previous blog post. This updated routine seems to be doing the trick but to give my skin a break I’m staying away from makeup all this week so it will hopefully get back to how it was. Because of this there probably wont be many pictures of makeup looks on Instagram or reviews on make up products as I won’t really get a chance to do them. I hope you don’t mind.

I’ll let you know if this updated routine works out!

Do you have any skin care products you just can’t live without? Let me know so I can give them a try!

Bye for now

Daisy
